What is your warranty?
Warranty on any Cherub's Kiss Nappies, regardless of type is strictly 3 months from date of purchase and only applies to the original purchaser.

If you have any queries or concerns regarding your nappy please contact us immediately so as not to exceed the warranty period.

If the fault is determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will cover postage from you to us and return. The nappy will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If however, the fault is user error then postage costs will be covered by you along with any repair costs. 

Please ensure you have followed our care instructions so as not to void the warranty. We are happy to replace elastic in nappies for the original purchaser, free of charge (you pay the postage both ways). 

Second hand nappy elastics can be replaced for a minimum charge of $10 per nappy, plus postage.

How much is postage?
Postage will vary depending on the number of nappies you purchase. Up to 2 nappies for $7.50. 3 or more nappies are $11.55 (except in Queensland where it will be cheaper). We will always try to post in the most economical fashion, though all parcels are sent trackable with insurance.

We charge actual weight/cost plus a .30 package and handling fee which covers the cost of the bags, etc.

Postage is free for all orders over $200. This does not apply to combined purchases bought over several days.

Can I pick up my order?
No, I'm sorry pick up is no longer available. Our insurers no longer allow pickup.

What days do you post?
We post parcels Monday to Friday. If your payment comes through over the weekend, your order will be posted Monday.

How do I know if my order has been posted?
We update the account details as orders are paid and sent, so please log into account services to check.

You should also receive an email from us saying your nappy has been posted, however in times of high traffic, this may not always happen.

Combining Postage
If you would like to combine purchases please email Angel immediately on purchase. Combined invoices will only be sent if requested. Should you not wait for the amended invoice before making payment no combined postage amounts will apply.

FAQS - Payment.

FAQS - Payment. 

How do I pay?
Payment is to be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not email through a copy of your payment receipt within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Please ensure that you use your name as a reference. 
Whilst we do understand that some banks do take longer to process payment. If you send through your receipt, you can be assured that your item will not be returned to stock for non-payment.

Should the transaction receipt not be emailed within 24 hours your order will be cancelled and the items returned to stock with no further communication. Any monies received after this time will be refunded minus a $2 restocking fee.

Please note that we prefer Direct Deposit for payment. All paypal orders, will only be registered post as required by paypal.

If your payment is not received in a timely fashion, your order will be cancelled and returned to stock.

Please note, should you cancel your item after purchase and payment, a restocking fee of $2 will be subtracted from your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any party.

Do you Lay-by?
We do lay-by under the following conditions.

Please email to discuss your lay-by BEFORE purchasing. 

We only work on one lay-by at a time, so if someone else already has one, you cannot have one. 

Lay-by is only available for orders over $300. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of purchase and weekly payments are required. 

No full customs will be entertained for a lay-by, so it must be made with fabrics that I have on hand. Dyed nappies can be requested, but these will be from stock dyes, and not made to order. 

You are required to please email through a transaction receipt each time a payment is made. 

Lay-by term is 8 weeks and failure to comply with these lay-by terms may result in the loss of your deposit and thelay-by  being cancelled.

Your order will not be started until your last payment has been received and your lay-by is paid in full.

Non-payment
Consistent non-payers will have their orders automatically cancelled. Therefore, please make sure you pay as per our terms and conditions.

Can I get a full Custom Order?
We are currently closed to full custom orders.

How does a Semi-Custom Work?
Semi-customs - are just that, a custom to the degree that you can choose the size, the type etc. But limited to fabrics that I have available in stock. I do not send out photos of all my fabrics as I have a remarkably large stash, which changes constantly. I do not tend to buy large quantities of any print fabric. I like making limited run of nappies. Some fabrics have only been purchased in fat quarters.
We will always try to meet your needs, however we do reserve the right to refuse to do a semi-custom that we think are not in keeping with the Cherub's Kiss ideals.

You are more than welcome to provide your own fabric, but again we reserve the right not to use it, should when it arrive be unsuitable. If you provide your own fabric it must be prewashed and ready to use. Please note that no variation in price will occur should you provide your own fabric.

Semi-customs take a lot longer to discuss and organise and therefore price may be slightly above prices quoted for standard nappies.

Please note some older fabrics are no longer available. To that end please make a couple of choices in your selection. 


Whilst we do try to make your dreams come true in a semi-custom slot, it's not always possible.

FAQS - Stockings.

When do you stock?
Stockings can happen in various ways.

Randomly - no prior advertisements of stockings. Random is just that.

Set - Set stockings - a time is advertised either via my newsletter or blog.

How does a stocking work?
Make sure you are logged into Congo Cart. If you have purchased from ANY Congo Cart your log in is exactly the same. Have the item you are wishing to purchase on your screen and refresh as required, until the item says Buy Now.

Please note our cart is set to first to check out. This means that the nappy is not yours until you have paid for it and someone else can buy it even though you have it in you cart.

Overselling
Should Congo Cart oversell, the item for sale, will go to the first order registered through the shopping cart. I am not always able to remake an item. I can if I choose, offer to make another item similar to that listed, but this is not guaranteed.

For facebook sales, they go to the first person that I can see that has commented.
