Newsletter No. 38

7th December, 2007.

Well it's been an interesting and trying week here at the Cherub Camp. Baby K had an awful virus, that kept us up a few nights in a row :( Then to top things off Shane, our eldest DD and our son were involved in a car accident. They were stopped, but the car behind them didn't, which then pushed them into the car in front as well, so our trusty little car is badly damaged and most likely unrepairable. Everyone one is okay, though Shane has a bad gash on his knee where he was pushed into the dash, and both him and our DD are very sore and sorry. Our son fared the best of all being in a child restraint. If you'd like to see photos, they will be here http://cherubskiss.blogspot.com/ later tonight. Not the best timing, since we are due to leave on our annual family holiday tomorrow. Shane's parents have come to the rescue to drive us down there and most likely come down and pick us up. We need 2 cars, as there are too many of us now lol!!!

Anyways back to business. All orders that have been paid for are being sent today. I do still have some customs to complete and they will be done when I return from holidays. We will be closing the Cherub's Kiss site until the end of December, for some much needed recuperation from coughs/colds and other nasties and just to catch our breathe. Anyone that I have been corresponding with over the last 2 weeks, your orders will be completed as advised to you via email. If you have emailed and haven't received a reply - please email again, we did have some emails go into cyber space on Wednesday night. This had been repaired, but there were a couple of hours of emails, that have just gone 'poof' never to return.

Any stock that I have will be listed on our OZeBaby store until the end of December. Stocking will be random in nature as I get things done.

Also take the time to check out the new Australian Nappy Network 2008 calendar, featuring gorgeous cloth bottoms including one of our gorgeous Baby K in her Pixie Pants set from the wonderful Lexi. http://www.ozebaby.com.au/product.php?VP=10575 Do your little bit to help cloth advocacy by purchasing one of these beautiful calendars.

These bits are just brags lol!! - Baby K was photographed in Adelaide in July to appear in Issue 81 of Australian Smocking and Embroidery in the gown that I designed, smocked and sewed for her Christening. If you'd like to have a look at it, please visit this link http://www.countrybumpkin.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=216_71&products_id=434737

Our eldest has also finished year 12 and did extremely well, we are just waiting impatiently for the OPS. She also passed her learner's licence first go, though after yesterday isn't too keen on starting to learn to drive.

Hoping that you all have a safe and peaceful Christmas and we'll see you all in the New Year.
The Cherub Family.

Here are the photos of our poor little car.
