Another Birthday Cake

This time it was mine, and for once I didn't make it lol!!!

It was a Brown Sugar Sponge with Creme Fraiche and poached caramel pears. Shane and Sarah made it following a recipe in Gourmet Traveller. Mind you they only made 2 layers as opposed to 4 cause the thing used a gazillion eggs lol!!!



Amy and Iain made a lemon delicious but had some trouble with the cooking time, it was still uber delicious!!!

As you can see Shane took the photos, geez wheres the styling lol!!
