Some cinnamon scrolls - I used another from Betty Crocker's Best Bread Machine Cookbook - Festive Raspberry Rolls but I am making Cinnamon Rolls.
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 egg
2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teas salt
1 3/4 teaspoon of yeast
I actually added 1/2 cup extra of flour and it was still a very sticky dough, but easily manipulated with a little flour. The original recipe had jam, but I wanted cinnamon, as I had a cream cheese frosting I wanted to use. So I mixed up softened butter, with cinnamon and brown sugar and mixed till fluffy and then spread over the interior, rolled up - cut it into slices with dental floss (clean of course lol) and it worked great. It did make alot more than the recipe stated of 12.
