Oops long time no post eek!
But anyways I've done a couple to items for Collaborate for a Cause.
First up a gorgeous little girls dress and nappy set.
The dress is from Margo from The Climbing Tree. It's a size 2 princess line, fully lined bodice, closes with 2 buttons on the back, and is a delightful little ballerina border print. Just perfect for a birthday party or special event.
It's teamed with a Size 2 Cherub's Kiss nappy, 5 full ruffles on the back, and a ruched front with bow appliqué, some bias trim and rick rack, on raspberry minky with a hot pink micro fleece inner
Our charity of choice is Red Kite - supporting children and their families through their cancer journey.
My second set is one for the boys.
I've teamed up with Leanne from Sew Karazmatic to make a scrumptious boys set.
I've made a size 6 - 12mths tshirt in royal blue stella with emerald neck binding. I've used the fabric from the pants Leanne has made to appliqué a wee elephant on the front - Shane calls him Hannibal. It's matched with a size 2 Splitsie, with an olive minky back, with a blue gelato elephant, the two prints are used on the front with olive, jade and royal minky and an appliquéd leaf inspired by the fabric.
